care credit surcharge

Please note, a 4% charge will be added for the use of Care Credit for treatments.

Please note: we will NOT be adding a surcharge for the use of a regular credit/debit card at this time.

deposit/cancellation policy

A credit card or cash deposit of $50 is now required for any filler appointment with Dr. Kramar or facial appointment with Lara. This amount will be applied to your balance at the time of service. We require 72 hours' notice if you need to reschedule your appointment. For same-day or less than 72-hour changes, the $50 will be charged as a cancellation fee.
